You Own Your Master
You own the new master recording containing your performance. The producer keeps ownership and copyright in the underlying beat and may license it to other artists.
Publishing Split
The new song's composition/publishing interest is split 50% to the Licensee/Artist and 50% to the Producer.
Included with purchase: secure WAV download + purchase-specific license. Beats may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, transferred, or claimed as the buyer's original production.

3L STUDIO POLICIES
LICENSE &
POLICIES.
Standard Non-Exclusive Commercial License
License. A $40 purchase grants the buyer (Licensee) a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the purchased instrumental in one newly created song.
Permitted use. The Licensee may record vocals or other original material over the beat and commercially release, distribute, monetize and publicly perform that new song, subject to the 100,000 combined-stream limit.
Ownership. The producer retains all ownership and copyright in the underlying instrumental. The Licensee owns their newly created master recording, subject to the producer's retained rights in the beat. Because the license is non-exclusive, the producer may license the same beat to other artists.
Publishing. Composition and publishing interests in the new song are divided 50% to the Licensee/Artist and 50% to the Producer.
Restrictions. The beat itself may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred, redistributed, uploaded as a standalone instrumental, or claimed as an original production created by the Licensee.
Usage limit. The license permits up to 100,000 combined audio/video streams. The Licensee must contact 3L Studio for an upgraded license before further exploitation beyond that limit.
Proof of license. The PayPal order record and purchase-specific license identify the authorized Licensee, beat and purchase.
Digital Goods & Refund Policy
Beat purchases are digital products delivered after payment verification. Because access to downloadable audio and license rights is provided after purchase, completed digital purchases are generally final once delivery has occurred.
If you are charged but cannot access the purchased file, receive the wrong file, or experience a delivery problem, contact 3L Studio with the PayPal order number so the transaction and delivery can be reviewed.
Privacy Policy
3L Studio uses information submitted through purchases or direct contact to process transactions, provide purchased digital products and licenses, respond to customer requests, and operate the studio website. PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy practices; 3L Studio does not need to receive your full payment-card details through this website.
Purchase records may be retained as reasonably necessary for transaction, licensing, accounting, fraud-prevention and customer-support purposes. Do not submit sensitive information through ordinary contact messages.
